24th of July....Burt....Random Errands...

The 24th of July Parade on Washington Blvd has become a favorite of mine. I've been going to this parade every year (usually by myself) since Brax was born. My sister came this year...so fun!
She got him this cute jersey for his birthday so I thought it was a perfect opportunity to show it off.
After having lunch with Jake, we went to the pet store and bought a baby Beta fish. The boys both agreed on the name Burt.

Later when we were playing...this is what I found....my little man turned into Tupac! LOL.
When were going to Walgreens the other day, we parked right next to the Coke car....Carter was so excited to show Jake so we took a picture.
And this is just another day in paradise for me....these sweet boys make me so happy!
It was a day that I felt really sick...so we stayed home....here's are carpet picnic in their underwear!

Zoo Day with Aunt Ju Ju...

My sister really wanted to go to the Zoo with the boys one day this summer.....so the other day...off we went!
We watched the bird show and afterwards the boys were allowed to donate to their cause...they actually were able to hand the bird the cash and the bird would put it in the box.
Brax was hilarious with the monkeys...he kept talking to them in his "baby" voice...super adorable.
This polar bear behind us.....totally made out of legos! Super awesome.

The boys love the elephants....because the mom 7,900 pounds is named Christie.

It was such a fun day at the Zoo. Afterwards we went to my favorite chocolate place, Hatch's Family Chocolates. The boys got ice cream and I got some chocolates for Jake and I to share that night.

Family IFly Night....

Jake and I were so excited to take the boys to IFly this year. Last year we came Brax really didn't want to do it (even though we came for his birthday) so I was thrilled to get him to do it this year.
I still had some free coupons, so off we went.
The three of them were so good!
I am so proud of my boys! Carter was great this time and did the whole thing...and Brax was precious.

Family Lagoon Night....Cowabunga Bay....Braxton....

Jake got off earlier than usual one evening...so we ate dinner really fast and headed off to Lagoon. The boys and I go a ton during the day...but poor Jake never gets to go with us. He was super excited to go.

Our cute Hunter turned 7...and invited us to Cowabunga Bay....it was amazing! Our kids are so much fun to watch play together and Ash and Dev are one of my favorite couples.
 Cute besties...
Brax tried his first pop rocks at my mom's the other day....he wasn't sure if he liked it or not. :)
I had to post this picture because I want to remember these moments. Brax comes in my room every morning and snuggles with me for a few minutes before we get up and get some breakfast. I just love how big this kid is getting.

Braxton Turns 4!

Brax turned FOUR YEARS OLD in July! I can't believe our little man is so big!
I planned a Puppy Party for the little dude and it was so much fun.

We had different stations:
The Vet Station
 The Adoption Station
 The Groomers and Pet Shop
Each kid got to go to each station with their puppy and have fun.

Jake and I made these cupcakes with mini paw prints...super easy (Time Consuming) but easy. I loved that Jake was there the whole time, setting up, decorating and frosting cupcakes with me.
We had chew toys (licorice) Fetch sticks (pretzel rods) Pupperoni (pepperoni sticks) puppy chow (cocoa puffs) Kibbles N Bits (Pub mix) and bone shaped cheese with crackers. We served hot dogs and Barqs soda as well.
My mom made this banner for the boys when Carter was about 2. We switch out the Carter and Braxton for whose birthday it is. It was so nice to use it again this year.
Brax got spoiled, we have amazing friends and family.

Chewy...Splash Pad....Lagoon...

Chewy got his manhood taken away from him in July. This poor puppy had never looked so sad before. He was so tired and sad looking. It was hard to watch. Brax and Carter were so cute to really be good with him. They would read him books, sing to him and give him lots of tender love to make him feel better.

One day we went to the Splash Pad with the cousins.....it was awesome!

I wasn't feeling super great one day...and this is what Jake came home with that day! I just love this man!
My mom and sister and I took the boys to Lagoon one day.....so much fun!
